Contracts inside your team’s workflow

The contract reaches the signer and returns to your system.

Signa is designed to use the record your team already has: one click opens the document, the person reads and signs, and the status returns to the original system.

In development. The integration and signing flow are not available for real use yet.

How it works

Three steps, with the contract in one clear flow.

The goal is to replace the search for the right PDF with a clear next step for everyone.

01

Your team starts

Once the employee record exists, an authorized team member starts a signing request from the system used for work.

02

The person reads and signs

An invitation may arrive by link or email, or appear in a pending list. The person opens the contract, reviews it, and follows the instructions.

03

The status comes back

When ready, the status and final files will return to the original record so the team can follow progress.

These steps describe the planned experience. Sending, signing, and automatic status updates are still in development.

Who it is for

For teams that need a clear contract process.

The same flow can help the person preparing, tracking, and reading the document.

Small businesses and service providers

Organize recurring contracts without losing track of versions in conversations.

Operations teams

Start from an existing record and track pending signatures in one place.

Common questions

A simple explanation before you start.

The signing method and its details will be published before any pilot with real documents.

Are electronic signatures legally valid?

The appropriate method and identity checks depend on the document and situation. We do not claim one method works for every case. The method is under review with our legal counsel.

What is an audit trail?

It is an organized record of important steps, such as an invitation being sent, a document being opened, and an action being completed. The exact event list and retention are still in development.

What does a PDF hash show?

It is a fingerprint calculated from a file. It helps compare whether two files have exactly the same content; by itself, it does not identify who signed or confirm legal validity. How the hash is created and checked is still in development.

Will the signer need another account?

The plan is to open an invitation in the workflow the person already uses, by link, email, or a pending list. Required identity checks and the final experience are still in development.
